I have been battling with my weight for long enough, I've had enough, my body has had enough ... so it's time to do something about it and stick with it!

Great start -_-
Me: *hungry thoughts* Makes a thick nutella sandwich
Head: ....yeah great start that is ... FAIL!!!
Me: gives the sandwich to the kids .. "TAKE it away from meeee!!!!"
